Calendar Item - Pack Meeting Cancelled
June's Pack meeting that was supposed to be this Wednesday, June 30th has been cancelled. We will be shooting off our water rockets at the August Pack Meeting instead. Thanks!

Calendar Item - Cub Scout Day Camp!
The 2010 Cub Scout Day Camp is next week! Please note that there will NOT be Den Meetings on Wednesday, June 23rd because of Day Camp. The camp dates and times are Thursday June 24th 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, Friday June 25th 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, and Saturday June 26th 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. You do not need to pay the $45 fee for camp – it has already been paid by the Pack. If for some reason your son will not be attending the day camp it is important that you please notify an adult leader as soon as possible.
The camp is located at the Bradshaw Pines Kiwanis Camp (see directions below). If you would like to carpool with the adults who will be attending the camp with our Pack, you need to bring your child to the Prescott Valley LDS Church building each morning and pick them up from there again each afternoon. We ask that you please be on time for the morning drop off and afternoon pick up. Below are listed the drop off and pick up times and the adults that will be driving that day:
Thursday – Drop off @ 7:15 am & Pick up @ 4:00 pm -- Ariana Woolsey & Jill Vargas
Friday – Drop off @ 7:45 am & Pick up @ 4:00 pm – Nick Randall & Mark Redford
Saturday – Drop off @ 7:45 am & Pick up @ 4:00 pm – Chad Mickelson & Will Briggs
If you miss the morning carpool you will need to drive your son to the camp yourself and pick your son up directly from the camp that day.
Each day your son MUST bring with him a sack lunch and a water bottle. Your son must also wear the camp T-shirt (given to them on the first day of camp) every day and sturdy, closed toe shoes. It would also be a good idea to have your son wear a hat and sunscreen because they will be outside all day.
In accordance with the camp regulations, we must have your son’s Health and Medical Forms A & C filled out and turned in no later than this Sunday, June 20th. The completed forms can be returned to your Den Leader or Melissa Briggs. If you have not turned the forms in yet, please take a moment to complete the forms and return them to a Pack leader by Sunday. If you need new forms please contact Melissa Briggs immediately.

Leave Prescott Valley and travel to Prescott by way of Highway 69 - stay on Gurley. Make a left on Mt. Vernon. Travel about 5 miles then take a right on Marapai Road (road is paved then turns into dirt). Travel about 2 miles - Camp is on right.
